Chef Lus Asian Bistro

This place is really nice! Customer service is generally really good (mostly due to the older Asian woman who works there, she is the sweetest!). The food is yummy and comes up pretty quickly. I'm vegetarian and I just go for the Sushi, usually, I haven't tried much of their Chinese or noodle dishes.

The staff was very friendly. The food was very good. There was very little wait time for the food. When we accidentally spilled a tiny mess they quickly came and cleaned it up for us, then gave us new napkins. Absolutely loved the Tokyo Rose drink . They even packed up our food for us into the takeout boxes, we didn’t even ask. We brought 3 young kids in there and they had a great time in there as well.

Chef Lu’s is a gem of a restaurant. I have not had anything on the menu that wasn’t good. The Mongolian beef is my favorite the most tender beef you’ll find. The lunch special is great portions and the crab wantons are phenomenal. I’m a fan and will eat here as often as I can

We've been hearing good things about this spot and finally stopped by for takeout.We got the crispy fish with prickly ash oil and orange sauce pork chow mein combination dinner w/ general tso's chicken. I loved that the fish came with perfectly cooked broccoli and that the orange sauce wasn't too sweet. My husband really enjoyed the combination dinner. I stole more than a few bites of noodles!Service was fast and friendly. :)

Food was tasty and service was pretty good. I just wish I was greeted when I walk in faster. The sushi chef should exclaim "welcome! How are you doing!" I got the feeling that he was annoyed that I arrived.Server and Boss lady were nice and accommodating.

My wife and I have been talking about this place for quite sometime and tonight we finally visited. We dined in and arrived around 6:30. The restaurant was about halfway full and we were seated right away. The restaurant had an open floor plan and average decorations. Nothing too fancy but a nice feel.We ordered the crunchy sushi roll, hot garlic chicken, and Mongolian beef. The waitress let us know that there would be be about a 10-15 minute wait on the sushi roll. We said that was okay. About 3 minutes after we ordered, the waitress came back and apologized for how long it was taking and she brought us some soup on the house. It was delicious. About five minutes after she delivered the soup, she came back, apologized and gave us free soda. A few minutes later, our entrees came out. My wife and I looked at each other thinking our meal didn’t take long to come out at all.The meal itself was delicious. The sushi roll was very good and our entrees were large, hot, and tasty. The service was very, very good as our waitress was friendly and prompt. We will be visiting again soon.We also noticed that throughout our meal, the front of the restaurant stayed busy with take out orders. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Five stars for sure.

Reliable and tasty American Chinese food, great for a quick lunch on the south hill or take out. I especially love how quick our food comes out and how incredibly friendly the staff are.

Located on the South Hill, don’t be fooled by the strip mall location, this place is cooking some wonderful food.The place itself is spacious and full of light. This makes the entire restaurant very inviting.The employees were all very friendly and attentive. The service was prompt but never rushed.Of course, the food is the star here. It tasted fresh and was made with quality ingredients. The plates look appealing and tastes delicious.All of this for a very fair price.I went tot Chef Lu’s on a a friend’s recommendation and I hope you will give it a shot.
